TUITION-FREE UNIVERSITIES AND THEIR WEBSITES

A lot of universities in europe operate tuition free, meaning that you can obtain your degree there without paying a dime. From my research, I have found out that countries like finland, Germany, Austria etc operate tuition free.
So I think this is the best opportunity for students who haven't enough money to pursue their studies in places like the UK and US.
NOTE: students are also alowed to do part time work on or off the campus and can easily manage their living expenses. So i'am going to post the names of these free institutions together with their websites.
